Code of Conduct

Key to maintaining and keeping the trust of the public as well as of our customers, business partners and shareholders is the integrity and law-abiding behavior of our management and employees. The Management Board of our holding company, Freudenberg Chemical Specialities KG has therefore adopted the Code of Conduct which is binding for all managers and employees.

The Code of Conduct sets out what is expected in terms of business conduct and behavior from each employee, regardless of position. The Code aims to enable all employees to deal with ethical and legal issues appropriately.
