Chem-Trend at the UTECH Europe 2012 in Maastricht, The Netherlands
Maisach, 5 March 2012 – At the UTECH Europe 2012 on 17-19 April in Maastricht, Chem-Trend will present its innovative solutions for efficient polyurethane moulding at stand 1700. Chem-Trend’s focus will be on the introduction of environmentally sound release agents and ancillary moulding products.
Mould release agents have a significant impact on the efficiency of the moulding process as well as on the quality of the moulded parts. Available as water-based or solvent-based formulations, Chem-Trends release agents offer excellent part release† and allow for optimal gloss level. The achieved surface finish quality is ideal for secondary operations, such as gluing and painting. Chem-Trends low VOC formulations provide for a cleaner, safer work environment and reduced environmental impact.
In addition to its high-quality release agents, Chem-Trend offers a comprehensive portfolio of ancillary moulding products for the processing of polyurethane, from mould cleaners and mould preparation pastes to anti-squeak products and flushing solvents. Chem-Trends products help reduce downtimes, improve the quality of the moulded parts, and minimise scrap rates. They can be used in a variety of applications and processes, including:
- High resiliency foam
- Visco-elastic foam
- Back foaming and acoustical foaming
